Andres Loi

Mr. Loi co-founded Atlantic Talent Services in 2021 and has been its CEO since its creation; in this role, he has been responsible for the overall organization of the company and all staffing strategies for the company’s diverse customer portfolio, from real estate brokerage, investment, retail, and wholesale firms.  Having extensive experience in project management, systems analysis, full stack development, automation, robotics and systems integration, management and all other aspects related to off and nearshore staffing services.

Prior to forming Atlantic Talent Services, Mr. Loi started a Systems Operations and IT consulting company, an IP Communications company in South America, he was the CTO of a 3.7-billion-dollar real estate investment firm and was the CTO of several startup efforts both in the United States and Latin America, leading the technology department for the first e-Learning university in Latin America as well as doing research for the Stanford Robotics Lab. 

Mr. Loi holds a B.S. Degree in Electrical Engineering from the Catholic University of Chile, a joint M.S. Degree in Industrial Engineering from the Catholic University and UCLA, and a MS Degree in Manufacturing Systems Engineering specializing in industrial robotics and automation from Stanford University.
